Essential Duties:

• Build and organize linen carts according to customer specifications.
• Accurately count linen items and verify quantities before carts are completed.
• Enter inventory and order counts into a company-issued tablet.
• Maintain an organized work area to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Assist with unloading delivery carts from trucks multiple times throughout the day.
• Unload the daily linen shipment and properly stock and organize inventory.
• Ensure all carts are prepared accurately and ready for delivery.
• Follow all company safety policies and warehouse procedures.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

General Qualifications:

• Strong counting and basic math skills.
• Comfortable using a tablet or other electronic devices for data entry.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and move linen carts and materials throughout the shift.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude.

Physical Requirements:

• Significant walking or other means of mobility.
• Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours).
• Ability to reach, bend, stoop, push and/or pull, and frequently lift up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift/move 40 pounds.

• Must be available to work weekends and holidays if needs require.
• Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this position.
