Shift Information 2nd Shift, 200PM - 1000PM
What you'll do
As a Warehouse Lead on the second shift, you'll be responsible for supporting the Warehouse Supervisor in coordinating the order staging and loading processes, investigating inventory issues under direction from supervisors, where needed assisting with delivery creation and tendering in emergency scenarios. As a working lead duty will be split as required by the supervisor on shift.
Important areas of operations you’ll work on (but are not limited to)
Order staging & loading coordination
+ Coordinate order staging/loading with the Warehouse Supervisor; load trucks accurately and on schedule.
+ Communicate with the team to keep workflow moving and resolve issues quickly.
Truck driver check-ins/outs
+ Support driver check-in/check-out and complete all required documentation.
+ Investigate and resolve paperwork discrepancies.
Load prep & tracking
+ Partner with offsite logistics (GBS) to maximize staging/loading coverage and prevent gaps.
+ Create emergency shipments when offsite support is unavailable outside standard hours.
+ Document and process all deliveries accurately (Direct, LTL, and shuttles).
Loading & picking
+ Load/unload trucks and pick orders to company standards.
+ Handle product safely and efficiently.
General warehouse tasks
+ Support the Warehouse Supervisor with inventory checks/validation and general coordination.
+ Maintain housekeeping and complete internal area, quality, and safety checks as scheduled.
+ Assist team members as needed and follow all safety regulations and protocols.
What you'll need to be successful
Qualifications
+ High school diploma (or equivalent).
+ 3+ years warehouse/logistics.
+ 3+ years leading teams.
+ Organized; clear communicator.
+ WMS/software proficiency.
+ Lift up to 50 lbs; manual work.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Lead/supervisory experience.
+ Forklift certification (preferred).
+ Familiarity with inventory management systems.
+ SAP experience is a plus (not required).
Working Conditions
+ Standing, walking, and manual work for extended periods.
+ May work in varying temperatures and noise levels.
Compensation Data
The pay rate for this position is $23.33 per hour. Kerry offers a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, Employee Share Plan, Life, disability, and accident insurance. This job posting is anticipated to expire on 6/6/2026.
Note This role additionally pays 1/hr per hour for Lead pay and a shift differential of .50 cents.
