Warehouse Lead Associate

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse freight operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, admin skills, and a comprehensive understanding of warehouse and inventory control systems. This role is vital in maintaining smooth operational processes, optimizing inventory workflows, and leading a team to meet organizational goals.

Duties

• Lead a small 1-2 person team
• providing guidance and support to the drivers to ensure high performance and adherence to safety standards.
• Report issues and discrepancies to the Warehouse Director (direct Supervisor)
• Oversee inventory management
• Coordinate warehouse distribution activities such as freight trucks.
• Operate or supervise the operation of forklifts and other mechanical equipment for heavy lifting and materials handling tasks.
• Implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce errors, and streamline warehouse operations.
• Manage warehouse documentation related to shipping, receiving, inventory adjustments, and compliance records.

Training Rate: $20.00- $22.00 an hour for the first 60 days of employment

Shift

• Monday to Friday
• 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
