Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 7am-5:30PM

The Team Lead will help coordinate team activities, maintain productivity and quality standards, and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.

Job Duties

• Lead and support warehouse employees during daily operations.
• Assign tasks and help ensure workflow and production goals are met.
• Monitor productivity, quality, attendance, and safety.
• Train and coach team members on processes and procedures.
• Assist with receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and material handling activities.
• Help maintain accurate inventory and warehouse organization.
• Communicate operational issues or concerns to management.
• Ensure employees follow company safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with resolving workflow or employee-related issues.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or a related field preferred.

Experience Requirements

• Experience leading warehouse, distribution, shipping, receiving, or logistics operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Knowledge of inventory control, warehouse procedures, and workplace safety practices.
• Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory software, or related business systems.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or management experience within a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred.
• Experience managing inventory accuracy, shipping operations, receiving activities, and employee performance is beneficial.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, OSHA regulations, or supply chain best practices is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate leadership, accountability, professionalism, and a commitment to operational excellence are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Lead.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to walk, stand, and move throughout warehouse operations for extended periods.
• Ability to occasionally lift or move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely work in active warehouse environments with forklifts, conveyors, and material handling equipment.
• Ability to inspect warehouse operations and respond to operational needs throughout the facility.

What You Will Do

As a Warehouse Lead you will oversee daily warehouse operations, coordinate shipping and receiving activities, monitor inventory accuracy, supervise warehouse personnel, support productivity goals, maintain workplace safety standards, and help ensure efficient movement of products throughout the facility.
