The New Haven Companies, Inc. is looking for a Warehouse Lead/CSR, to become part of our team in Duncan SC.   This individual will work on a daily basis in our warehouse and also cover our as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) as needed.  New haven offers a work life balance and this position will be a valued team member in our company.    As a Warehouse lead/CSR, you will have a variety of responsibilities so things will never be boring!  The warehouse lead/csr is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring the accurate receipt, storage, fulfillment, and delivery of inventory. As a working warehouse lead/csr you will work under our General Manager and cover for him when he is out of the office.  This position coordinates warehouse personnel & delivery drivers, maintains inventory accuracy, supports customer service functions and assist with local deliveries as needed.   The warehouse lead/csr is expected to work independently and maintain a safe and organized facility and ensure exceptional service to both internal and external customers.  Must be able to obtain a medical exam card, company paid for. Safely Operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment to load, unload, move and store materials. Must be comfortable answering phone and assisting customers over the phone and in person.  Be Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.  Must be able to work independent and part of our a team.  New Haven offers are employees benefits (medical, dental, vision and life insurance) the first of the month following 30 days of employment.
