Pay Rate: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour

Schedule: Sunday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or a related field preferred.

Experience Requirements:

• 2+ years of warehouse lead or team lead experience required
• Stand-up forklift experience required
• Experience with inventory control, order picking, shipping, and receiving preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Job Duties:

• Lead and support warehouse associates during daily operations
• Assign work and monitor productivity to meet daily goals
• Train new employees on warehouse procedures, safety standards, and company policies
• Provide coaching and feedback to improve team performance
• Assist with receiving, picking, packing, shipping, replenishment, and inventory activities
• Conduct cycle counts and support inventory accuracy initiatives
• Enforce OSHA and company safety policies through routine inspections
• Communicate shift priorities, operational updates, and production goals
• Complete required documentation and maintain accurate records
• Support continuous improvement efforts to increase efficiency and reduce errors

Physical Capabilities:

• Lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
• Work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Additional Requirements:

• Steel-toe or composite-toe footwear required
• Must be willing to assist in other departments as needed
• Strong focus on order-picking accuracy and quality

What You Will Do

As a Warehouse Lead you will oversee daily warehouse operations, coordinate shipping and receiving activities, monitor inventory accuracy, supervise warehouse personnel, support productivity goals, maintain workplace safety standards, and help ensure efficient movement of products throughout the facility. You will collaborate with operations, logistics, and leadership teams to improve performance, resolve operational issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

A Warehouse Lead supports warehouse success through effective leadership, operational planning, and inventory management. This role requires strong decision-making skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple warehouse activities.
