Position Summary


We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations and support a team of warehouse associates. This role requires a bilingual professional fluent in English, with strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will lead by example, ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), and assist with operations as needed.


Key Responsibilities


  • Lead, train, and mentor warehouse team members on daily operations, warehouse processes, scanners, and SOPs
  • Ensure accurate and efficient receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of inventory
  • Operate and oversee the safe use of forklifts and other warehouse equipment
  • Step in to assist with warehouse operations as needed to meet productivity and safety goals
  • Monitor workflow, prioritize tasks, and effectively multitask in a fast‑paced environment
  • Assist with scheduling, staffing coverage, and coordinating daily work assignments
  • Enforce safety standards and company policies at all times
  • Communicate clearly with management and team members to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications & Requirements


  • Bilingual (English required; additional languages a plus)
  • Several years of experience leading or supervising warehouse team members
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, scanners, and SOPs
  • Forklift‑trained and comfortable operating warehouse equipment
  • Ability and willingness to lift at least 100 pounds consistently
  • Proven experience with scheduling, multitasking, and time management
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and problem‑solving skills
  • Reliable, hands‑on, and able to lead by example
Physical Requirements


  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 100 pounds on a regular basis
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
