Warehouse Lead

Schedule: 530a-4p M-Th

Job Summary:

Oversee daily manufacturing operations including molding production and robotics employees

Ensure production is on schedule, all safety PPE is worn as required and monitor employee

schedules

Responsibilities:

Maintain employee schedules, sales shipments per production requirements

Maintain all equipment/machines/supplies

Ensure PPE is worn at all times in required areas

Keep forklift records and certifications up to date

Approve employee weekly time for payroll

Keep all areas in warehouse in order, clean and organized

Maintain all tools, check them in/out

Apply OSHA standards in warehouse at all times

Perform and complete any task as requested by managers

Follow all Company policies and procedures and process any write ups for employee

infractions

Ensure each employee dusts and sweeps their work area daily

Ensure office and warehouse trash is placed in dumpsters and that all recycling is broken

down and placed in dumpster - daily

Responsibilities:

Identify and resolve bottle necks by redistributing resources as needed

Support training, coaching and team development in positive way

Address personal concerns/behavior issues and administer corrective action when

necessary

Monitor production for consistent quality and ensure proper processes are followed

Create and communicate daily reports of any/all downtime, problems and/or issues to

production managers/leaders

Required Skills:

Minimum 2 years warehouse experience

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Ability to problem solve in timely manner

Excellent computer skills

Enthusiastic and positive attitude

Excellent time management skills and ability to perform under certain time frames

Bi-lingual a plus but not required

Qualifications:

College degree preferred or equal years experience

Reliable/Own transportation

Ability to multi task in fast pace environment

Mechanically inclined and able to learn all warehouse positions and machine operations

Detail oriented

Must be able to be on feet for 10+ hours per day
