Lead Warehouse Associate  | Monday–Friday | Growth Opportunity

Location: Hardeeville, SC
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7am - 5pm
Pay: $20-$21 (Based on Experience)

We’re looking for a Lead Warehouse Associate who’s ready to take the next step in their career. This is a hands-on leadership role—you’ll be working alongside your team while helping drive productivity, safety, and daily operations.

If you have strong forklift experience and enjoy leading by example, this is a great opportunity to grow with a stable company.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and support daily warehouse operations
• Load and unload trucks using forklift and manual labor
• Stage materials for delivery (lumber, steel rebar, palletized construction products)
• Assign tasks and help keep the team on track throughout the shift
• Ensure safety standards are followed at all times
• Train and support new warehouse associates
• Communicate with drivers and management to keep operations running smoothly

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of warehouse experience
• Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong forklift experience required
• Ability to lift up to 94 lbs consistently
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
