Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or a related field preferred.

Experience Requirements

• 2-5 years of warehouse experience required
• Minimum 1 year of leadership, lead, or supervisory experience preferred
• Experience in shipping, receiving, inventory control, and warehouse operations
• Forklift experience required; certification preferred or ability to obtain certification
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and WMS systems
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities

Job Duties

• Lead and coordinate daily warehouse activities and associate workflow
• Assign tasks based on staffing levels and operational priorities
• Monitor productivity, quality, and accuracy throughout the warehouse
• Conduct shift meetings and communicate goals and operational updates
• Train, coach, and mentor warehouse team members
• Support receiving, shipping, picking, packing, replenishment, and inventory functions
• Perform inventory audits and cycle counts
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and operational issues
• Ensure accurate documentation of inventory and shipment transactions
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean workplace using 5S principles
• Collaborate with management to improve processes and customer service
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to walk, stand, and move throughout warehouse operations for extended periods.
• Ability to occasionally lift or move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely work in active warehouse environments with forklifts, conveyors, and material handling equipment.
• Ability to inspect warehouse operations and respond to operational needs throughout the facility.

What You Will Do

As a Warehouse Lead you will oversee daily warehouse operations, coordinate shipping and receiving activities, monitor inventory accuracy, supervise warehouse personnel, support productivity goals, maintain workplace safety standards, and help ensure efficient movement of products throughout the facility.
