Job Description/Responsibilities:

The Warehouse Lead in Jeffersonville, IN is responsible for leading warehouse operations including order picking, truck loading, inventory management, and forklift operations within a customs bonded warehouse environment. In this role, you will oversee inbound and outbound inventory accuracy through cycle counts, physical inventories, shipment verification, and quality control of outgoing products. You would also coordinate outbound appointments, supporting loading and staging crews, and ensuring compliance with all federal and state labeling requirements prior to shipment. This position will manage customs bonded warehouse entries, withdrawals, and inventory while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment. 

 

 

 

What You Will Do:

  • Coordinate daily warehouse workflows to ensure efficient movement of materials and timely shipment processing.
  • Support inventory accuracy through production reconciliation, stock organization, and ongoing inventory tracking activities.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to maintain operational efficiency and meet production and distribution goals.
  • Promote a strong safety culture by maintaining clean work areas and ensuring proper use and upkeep of warehouse equipment and assigned property.

Rotating 2-2-3 Schedule

Hours: 6:45pm-7am

 

Rotating 2-2-3 Schedule

Hours: 6:45am-7pm

 

Sunday-Thursday Nights

Hours: 10:30pm - 7am

 

M-F 2nd

Hours: 4pm-12:30am

 

M-F Days

7am-3:30pm

Qualifications/Requirements:

Required Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Ability to operate industrial equipment as required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, good vision and manual dexterity, solid computer skills.
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of an organization and two years experience in distribution, warehousing, and/or transportation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year continuous experience in every previous job.
  • Ability to pick up and/or move objects up to 50 ponds without assistance.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills and record of successful leadership.

The hourly range for this role is $24.47 (not including the $2 shift diff for nights and second). Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and internal pay equity considerations.
