- Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM-3:30 PM
- Monday-Friday, 4:00 PM-12:00 AM
- Thursday-Sunday, 6:30 AM-5:30 PM
- Thursday-Sunday, 6:30 PM-5:30 AM
Penmac Staffing is seeking an experienced Warehouse Lead for a growing logistics operation. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting a team, coordinating daily workflow, and ensuring operations run safely and efficiently. As a Warehouse Lead, you will work alongside team members while helping drive productivity, quality, and safety goals.Requirements for the Warehouse Lead
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous Lead or Team Lead experience
- Experience in a warehouse, logistics, distribution, manufacturing, or production environment
- Prior forklift experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt to business needs
- Dependable attendance and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic computer skills and ability to work with productivity and reporting systems
- Ability to work a flexible schedule when needed to support operational goals
Warehouse Lead Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily department operations and help ensure established procedures are followed
- Assist with monitoring productivity, quality metrics, KPIs, and employee timecard exceptions
- Support supervisors and provide backup leadership coverage when needed
- Work closely with operational departments to maintain efficient workflow and communication
- Help plan, coordinate, and participate in warehouse activities
- Provide direction, coaching, and support to warehouse associates
- Promote a positive, productive, and safety-focused work environment
- Assist with training new employees on procedures and expectations
- Ensure compliance with company quality and safety standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
