Warehouse Lead

We here at Tampa Bay bottling are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Warehouse Lead to oversee daily operations within our bustling distribution center. In this energetic role, you will lead a team of warehouse associates , ensuring efficient inventory management, accurate shipping and receiving, and seamless warehouse distribution processes. Your expertise will drive process improvements, uphold safety standards, and maintain optimal warehouse management system (WMS) operations. Duties

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, materials handling, and order fulfillment
• Manage inventory control through regular audits, cycle counts, and updates within the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and AS400 platforms
• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, safety, and accuracy across warehouse operations
• Oversee the operation of forklifts and other mechanical equipment to facilitate heavy lifting and materials handling safely
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all team members
• Collaborate with logistics partners and 3PL providers to optimize warehouse distribution strategies
• Train and manage warehouse staff on best practices in warehouse management, safety protocols, and equipment operation
