Location: Morrisville, NC

Pay Rate: $27.00 per hour

First Shift: 8 AM-5 PM

We're hiring a Warehouse Lead who leads from the floor, not the office chair. If you know how to rally a crew, keep operations moving, and hit every goal with grit and confidence, we want to talk.

What Is Expected:

• Minimum 5+ years of warehouse or stockroom experience, including prior leadership or supervisory responsibility
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience operating warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks (certification required or willingness to obtain)
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes, inventory control, and shipping/receiving workflows
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, navigate stairs frequently, and lift materials regularly
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment

What You'll Do:

• Train, coach, and guide warehouse staff to meet productivity, KPI, and safety standards
• Delegate daily tasks and monitor workflow efficiency and performance
• Provide ongoing support and direction to ensure smooth daily operations
• Oversee and actively participate in picking, packing, and shipping laboratory products
• Ensure orders are processed accurately and meet shipping deadlines
• Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records
• Ensure proper labeling, organization, and stockroom accuracy
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory systems
• Oversee warehouse fleet drivers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
• Enforce OSHA safety standards and company compliance procedures
• Maintain required forklift certification and ensure safe equipment operation across the team
