The Lead will be expected to support the following responsibilities:
●Manage and coordinate agency associates during the shift.
●Assign associates to different work areas based on operational needs.
●Make sure employees report to their assigned positions on time and remain productive throughout the shift.
●Monitor attendance, late arrivals, early departures, breaks, and employee punches.
●Help verify timecards and report any missing or incorrect hours to the appropriate team.
●Monitor employee performance and productivity and identify associates who are not meeting expectations.
●Provide basic training and instructions to new associates regarding warehouse procedures and job responsibilities.
●Make sure employees follow warehouse safety rules and operational procedures.
●Coordinate manpower based on daily workload and notify us if additional employees or replacements are needed.
●Handle basic employee issues on-site and escalate any attendance, performance, behavioral, or operational concerns to management.
●Maintain clear communication with the Supervisor/Manager regarding staffing, workload, and any issues that occur during the shift.
●Assist with keeping the warehouse operation organized and ensuring assigned tasks are completed before the end of the shift.
We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the agency team on-site rather than only performing regular warehouse duties. The Lead should be able to actively manage the team, identify issues, and communicate with us promptly when support is needed.
