Duties and Responsibilities
- Direct activities of the Warehouse.
- Serve as the primary lead for all pick-up, shipping and receiving activities.
- Insure customer service and service areas are maintained to the highest levels for all pick-up and delivery activities.
- Ensure Company vehicles and equipment are maintained on a regular basis according to manufacturer specifications.
- Direct and participate in the bin location maintenance of all areas of the Facility.
- Train and manage warehouse personnel, including those in receiving/shipping, delivery, and fleet driver roles.
- Communicate and train Warehouse personnel on Company policies and procedures regarding the safe and proper movement/handling of any product.
- Ensure proper training of personnel handling Company inventory to be in the most professional manner and to minimize damages and losses; training inclusive of forklift, appliance lift, and Driver training.
- As directed by the Sales Center Manager, responsible for inventory management.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
In addition to the above responsibilities, this individual is held accountable for all other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years Warehouse operational experience within the HVAC industry and product lines associated with HVAC, preferably in the operations of a wholesale HVAC equipment supply house.
- Proficiency in air conditioning, heating and ventilation equipment at a wholesale distribution level.
- Proven success in purchasing and inventory management.
- Proven success in managing and mentoring other employees.
- Must possess the attitude of wanting to learn and grow with our Company.
- Mechanical or Technical background.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Associate's Degree preferred.

Work Schedule Monday through Friday with an occasional Saturday. This position may require working extra hours on occasion.
