About the Role

We're seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Lead to support daily warehouse and production operations. This hands-on role is responsible for receiving materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting production activities, and operating material-cutting equipment.

The ideal candidate has experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, and cutting raw materials using table saws or similar equipment in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and packing slips
• Operate table saws and other cutting equipment to cut raw materials according to production requirements
• Support production by ensuring materials are prepared, labeled, and available when needed
• Maintain accurate inventory records and process transactions within the ERP system
• Track lot numbers, material traceability, and inventory movement throughout production
• Organize warehouse inventory while maintaining FIFO practices and storage accuracy
• Perform cycle counts and help resolve inventory discrepancies
• Prepare materials and documentation for shipping, receiving, and external processing
• Utilize Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) for data entry, reporting, and recordkeeping
• Partner with Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, and Production teams to support business needs

Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse, materials, or inventory operations
• Hands-on experience operating table saws or similar industrial cutting equipment
• Experience cutting raw materials accurately to specifications
• Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory management processes (Preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
