About the Role:
JRF Technology, LLC is looking for a driven and dependable Warehouse Lead to join our growing team in Tampa, FL! This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of warehouse operations, lead a dedicated crew, and play a key role in keeping our supply chain running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Lead, mentor, and coordinate warehouse associates to meet productivity and accuracy goals
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels through cycle counts and stock audits
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and organization of all warehouse inventory
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, compliant work environment
- Coordinate with management to prioritize workloads and meet fulfillment deadlines
- Operate and oversee the use of warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
- 2+ years of warehouse experience, with at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification upon hire
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and team leadership abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Reliable, punctual, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
