Warehouse Lead

ISO Certified Custom Plastic Manufacturer located in south Tempe, AZ seeking a qualified individual to maintain and oversee our warehouse operations. Ensuring all aspects of shipping, receiving and inventory management will be done according to ISO standards and company regulations and policies.

Duties:

• Loading, unloading and moving products and materials throughout the production facility by forklift or by hand.
• Manages the shipment and receipt of all products and materials.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized warehouse
• Prepare large pallets of finished products for shipment.
• Ensure the accuracy of all inbound and outbound shipments by verifying counts, weights or other identifying characteristics against packing lists, bills of lading, invoices, orders, or other records.
• Unpack and examine incoming shipments, rejects/reports damaged items, and records shortages.
• Maintain accurate inventory of finished products, materials and supplies.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Skills/Qualifications:

• 3+ years of forklift operating experience
• Knowledge of shipping/receiving/inventory control procedures.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to interact and communicate effectively with manufacturing, internal support groups, and external transportation carriers with a positive attitude.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong attendance
• Team-work oriented attitude
• The ability to endure temperature extremes in an outdoor environment.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Bilingual preferred (Spanish and English)
