Key Role Description |
The Warehouse Lead is responsible for all warehouse activities, including; shipping and receiving goods & materials, organizing and monitoring inventory levels across the facility, proper documentation of and execution of procedures, and assuring proper data entry into supporting systems to allow for measurement and reporting of the effectiveness of warehouse activities. The Warehouse Lead participates in the hiring of new employees, trains employees, assigns work, evaluates individual performance and addresses performance issues, as required. |
