Our North American operations are growing, offering a collaborative, fast-paced environment where employees have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact and growth together with the company.Position Summary: The Warehouse Lead is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, including analyzing, reporting, recording, and tracking warehouse activities at the TX plant. This role supports the Warehouse Supervisor/Manager in ensuring efficient operations and collaborates closely with the warehouse team to assist with inventory management and control for the TX plant.Key Responsibilities: Lead the inventory and warehousing activities effectively and assist Purchaser and Warehouse Supervisor with forecasting material demands stock levels, re-order points and resources capacity ensuring product availability Ensure the accurate receiving details and record the accurate receipt information Record accurate log lot numbers daily Supervise and lead warehouse techs while training techs as needed Assist the Warehouse Supervisor and guide the team to achieve the department goals Perform weekly inventory counts and suggest the improvements as needed Additional Responsibilities:Perform other duties as assigned.The Company reserves the right to modify, add, or remove duties and responsibilities of this role as needed to meet business requirements.Qualifications: RequiredHigh School Diploma3+ years of warehouse, inventory control, or logistics experienceBusiness level English proficiency in both oral and writtenConversational Spanish speaking proficiencyBasic MS Office proficiencyActively listens and communicates clearly and effectively in both verbal and written forms, adapting to the audience as neededTime management and task prioritization skillsGood organizational skills and attention to detail Consistently produces accurate, thorough, and well-organized workGreat problem-solving skills Works well with others and is helpful, respectful, and team-orientedContinuous learning and application of new knowledgeFlexible mindset with the ability to adapt to change and learn quicklyMust be able to work overtime and weekends as needed Must be able to work Tuesday evenings for weekly inventory Ability to work onsite (remote work is not an option)Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis at the time the employment begins and must not require sponsorship for employment visa status.
