Warehouse Lead Lead the Floor. Set the Pace. Deliver Results. We’re hiring a hands-on Warehouse Lead who takes pride in running an efficient shift, supporting their team, and keeping operations moving. This is an hourly leadership role—you’ll spend the majority of your time on the floor, working alongside your team while driving safety, accuracy, and performance. What You’ll Do Own Your Shift - Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, and material movement
- Set priorities, assign work, and ensure tasks are completed safely and on time
- Run shift start-up meetings to align on goals, safety, and workload
- Lead from the Front
- Work hands-on in the warehouse: receiving, stocking, picking, replenishment, and cycle counting
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment
- Jump in where needed to keep operations running smoothly
Support & Develop the Team - Provide direction, training, and day-to-day support to warehouse employees
- Promote a positive, accountable, and team-first environment
- Reinforce safety, quality, and performance expectations
Drive Accuracy & Efficiency - Ensure inventory is received, stored, and tracked accurately in company systems
- Monitor inventory levels and act on shortages or discrepancies
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory audits
- Identify process improvements and help implement better ways of working
Collaborate Across Teams - Partner with Production, Shipping, Purchasing, and Customer Service
- Help ensure materials are available when and where they’re needed
What You Bring - 3–5+ years of warehouse or logistics experience
- Prior lead or informal leadership experience preferred
- Strong understanding of inventory control and warehouse processes
- Experience operating Forklifts and material handling equipment (willingness to be certified)
- Experience with ERP or warehouse systems is a plus
- Ability to stay organized, prioritize work, and solve problems quickly
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management Systems
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset including leading and training employees.

Work Environment - Fast-paced warehouse/manufacturing setting

- Regular use of forklifts and material handling equipment
- Exposure to noise, warehouse traffic, and varying temperatures
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
Schedule & Attendance - Hourly position with consistent, reliable attendance required
- Overtime may be needed based on business demands
