Job Description
- Lead daily receiving & shipping employee resources and workflow.
- Ensure incoming products are received, inspected, stored, and transacted
- Ensure all products have locations and are in proper warehouse locations.
- Obtain and maintain required shipping and compliance training, including Class 9 dangerous goods training for shipping batteries.
- Transact incoming and outgoing customer returns
- Follow customer specific shipping procedures and use customer shipping system portals.
- Resolve receiving, inventory, and logistics issues.
- Document daily receipts and shipments
