Warehouse Level II - Order Picker / Forklift Operator

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Warehouse Level II employee to join our team. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, accurate, productive, and comfortable operating a cherry picker and stand-up forklift in narrow aisles and at elevated heights.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and label orders accurately using RF scanners and pick tickets.
• Operate cherry picker and stand-up forklift safely.
• Perform equipment inspections and report issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Verify inventory locations and record inventory movements in the WMS.
• Meet productivity and accuracy goals.
• Provide guidance and training support to other warehouse employees.
• Identify workflow improvements and perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of warehouse experience operating cherry picker and/or stand-up forklift.
• Valid certification or ability to become certified.
• Experience with WMS and RF scanners.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
• Comfortable working at heights.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable attendance and flexibility for overtime.
