Position: Warehouse Loader 

Location: Olive Branch, MS 
Pay Rate: $17.25-$18.25 per hour (Depending on shift)
Shifts: Multiple shifts available 

Job Summary 

Adecco is hiring Warehouse Loaders for a fast-paced distribution environment in Olive Branch, MS. In this role, you will help ensure the accurate and timely loading of outbound shipments while maintaining quality, productivity, and safety standards. 

Responsibilities 

• Load merchandise onto outbound trailers safely and efficiently. Use RF scanners to scan and verify products for accurate shipment tracking. 

• Confirm load accuracy and ensure all items are properly documented. 

• Perform quality checks to verify the correct products and quantities. 

• Maintain productivity standards while paying close attention to detail. 

• Follow all warehouse procedures, policies, and safety guidelines. Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards. 

Requirements 

• High School Diploma or GED preferred. 

• No prior experience required; entry-level opportunity. 

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during 10–12-hour shifts. 

• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse setting. 

• Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs. and perform bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and repetitive movements. 

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. 

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. 

• Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members. 

• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance required. 

• Must be able to work overtime as needed and remain on shift until work is completed. 

• Commitment to following all safety policies and workplace regulations.

Pay Details: $17.25 to $18.25 per hour
