Position Summary
We are seeking a Warehouse Loader/Unloader for a client in Huntsville, AL as a warehouse Laborer you will assist with various daily warehouse duties. This is a physically demanding, hands-on position that requires employees to remain active and on their feet throughout the entire shift. This is not a seated position. This is an excellent opportunity to grow with a leading manufacturing company
Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks.
- Move, lift, and organize materials and items throughout the warehouse.
- Clean and maintain warehouse work areas.
- Pick up and dispose of trash and unwanted items in large dumpsters.
- Perform general warehouse labor and cleanup duties.
- Assist with any additional warehouse tasks as assigned.
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and instructions.
- Dependable and able to report to work as scheduled.
- Willing to perform a variety of warehouse and general labor duties.
- Able to follow instructions and work safely.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active warehouse environment.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is preferred but not required.
Requirements
- Must be able to easily lift and carry a minimum of 50 pounds.
- Must be able to stand and walk for the entire shift.
- Must be comfortable performing repetitive lifting, bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
- Must be able to perform physically demanding work throughout the workday.
- Closed-toe shoes required
- Must pass a Drug Screen & Background check
Schedule & Pay
- Shift: 1st Shift (7:00Am-4:00PM, Monday–Friday)
- Pay: $12.00/hour
