Warehouse Logistic Associate - Now Hiring

Perform a range of warehouse, inventory, and material distribution activities using ERP systems, customer portals, and freight carrier platforms to support efficient operations and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Customer Service, Procurement, and other internal teams to ensure product availability and timely fulfillment of orders
• Receive, stock, and organize materials while maintaining accurate inventory control and proper storage practices
• Pick, count, package, and prepare products for shipment in accordance with established procedures
• Accurately process material movements and transactions within ERP systems (such as SAP), customer portals, and shipping platforms
• Prepare shipping documentation, including packing lists and certificates of conformance
• Identify, document, and report inventory discrepancies, including overages and shortages
• Arrange shipments using designated carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, and LTL freight services
• Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures
• Support a clean, safe, and organized work environment by promoting and following 6S practices
• Utilize problem-solving and analytical skills to address operational challenges
• Meet deadlines and maintain consistent attendance, including flexibility to work overtime or adjusted schedules as needed
• Assist with additional tasks as assigned, including support for planning, purchasing, or related activities

This is a Contract position based out of Sarasota, FL.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $21.00/hr.
