Introduction

The role involves managing the logistics and warehouse operations at a facility in San Diego. The incumbent will be responsible for accurate record-keeping, coordination of shipping and receiving processes, and ensuring compliance with local site procedures and policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Associates or undergraduate degree in business or science-related field preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Distribution, Warehousing, or Manufacturing in a regulated industry.
• Excellent communication and computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office.
• Knowledge of procurement/inventory management systems and procedures.
• Ability to perform duties with the highest regard for safety, quality, and site protocols/policies/procedures.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry.

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Hazardous shipping training.
• Experience with ERP transactions.
• Ability to operate radiation detection equipment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Accurate and timely data entry for GXP documents and ERP transactions.
• Coordination of shipping, receiving, storage, and processing of goods, including periodic inventory counts and reconciliation of discrepancies.
• Loading and unloading trucks using industrial equipment and transferring material to proper storage areas.
• Inspecting and verifying material, labels, and documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Participating in site and team projects and initiatives, including creating Standard Operating Procedures, Scopes of Work, and Training.
