You’ll be the connective tissue between Purchasing and Production, ensuring the right parts are in the right place at the right time, with spotless documentation and safe, efficient handling.

- Will you collaborate with Purchasing on shortages/discrepancies and keep shipping supplies stocked?
- Can you safely operate forklifts and maintain a clean, compliant workspace?
Core responsibilities
- Inbound & inventory: Receive, inspect, and log incoming materials; place items into assigned locations; perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventories; manage customer-owned parts; restock shop hardware, tooling bins, and shop supplies; handle scrap metal disposition.
- Production support: Issue materials to jobs via Epicor; communicate issues to Purchasing; monitor and request reorders of shipping supplies.
- Outbound & documentation: Prepare all required shipping documents (packing slips, bills of lading, customs forms, etc.); pack, label, and stage outbound materials; process customer spare-part sales orders in Epicor and package for shipment.
- Safety & equipment: Operate forklifts/material handling gear safely and efficiently; maintain housekeeping and follow safety standards.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1–3 years in warehousing, manufacturing, or materials handling.
- Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
- Experience with inventory systems; Epicor familiarity is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physical tasks as needed.
