Warehouse Logistics Associate

Picture your day moving fast and staying organized. You clock in at a top Spokane-area facility, review the inbound schedule, and get straight to work. A trailer hits the dock; you unload, inspect for damage or shortages, and sort items to the right zones. Later, you switch gears to pick, pack, and stage precise orders so outbound trucks roll on time. Throughout the shift you keep aisles clear, racks labeled, and counts accurate—because great logistics runs on detail.

What the Work Looks Like

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming freight for damage or shortages
• Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately for outbound shipment
• Load and unload trucks and trailers, moving materials with pallet jacks or forklifts
• Keep storage areas organized, labeled, and properly stocked
• Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies to your supervisor
• Follow safety procedures on every task

Skills You Bring

• 6+ months in a warehouse or material handling role preferred—training available for motivated learners
• Comfort lifting up to 50 lbs regularly and staying on your feet for a full shift
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Reliable attendance and a solid work ethic

Multiple shifts available (1st, 2nd, and 3rd) | $18.00 - $19.50/hour | Airway Heights & Liberty Lake area
