We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is responsible for managing all inbound and outbound shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, coordinating with transportation providers, and supporting daily warehouse operations. The Warehouse Logistics Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the receipt, storage, movement, and shipment of materials, parts, equipment, and finished goods within the warehouse. This role serves as the primary point of contact for shipping and receiving activities while ensuring inventory accuracy and timely order fulfillment. The position works closely with Operations, Project Management, Field Service, Procurement, and Logistics teams to support customer projects and business objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Shipping & Receiving
• Coordinate and process all inbound and outbound shipments.
• Receive incoming deliveries and verify quantities, documentation, and condition of materials.
• Inspect shipments for damage and resolve discrepancies with vendors, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare outbound shipments, including packaging, labeling, and shipping documentation.
• Schedule and coordinate freight pickups and deliveries with carriers and logistics providers.
• Maintain shipping records, bills of lading, packing lists, and related documentation.
Inventory Management
• Maintain accurate inventory records within the Warehouse Management System (WMS) or ERP system.
• Perform inventory transactions including receipts, transfers, adjustments, and shipments.
• Conduct cycle counts and support physical inventory audits.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages or discrepancies to management.
• Ensure materials are properly identified, labeled, and stored according to company standards.
Warehouse Operations
• Coordinate the movement of materials and equipment throughout the warehouse.
• Support project teams by ensuring materials are available and staged according to project schedules.
• Assist with warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures and operational standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase warehouse efficiency and accuracy.
Logistics Coordination
• Track shipments and provide updates to internal stakeholders.
• Resolve transportation, delivery, and shipping issues in a timely manner.
• Work closely with Procurement and Project Management teams to prioritize inbound and outbound shipments.
• Monitor freight costs and identify opportunities for operational improvements.
• Coordinate international shipments and customs documentation when required.
Safety & Compliance
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA regulations and warehouse safety standards.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of materials and equipment.
• Report safety concerns, incidents, and operational risks promptly.
Qualifications
Education
• High school diploma or GED required or higher.
Required Experience
• 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, shipping and receiving, or inventory control.
• Experience working with inventory management systems, ERP systems, or warehouse management software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in manufacturing, robotics, automation, or technology environments.
• Forklift certification or experience operating material handling equipment.
• Experience with international shipping and freight coordination.
• Knowledge of warehouse best practices and inventory control methodologies.
