Job Description We are looking for a dependable Warehouse Logistics Coordinator IV (Contractor) to support daily warehouse operations in San Jose, California. The position centers on preparing lightweight equipment for distribution, following digital instructions, and helping maintain an organized workflow that supports field teams.
Responsibilities: • Prepare lightweight equipment for distribution by retrieving items from assigned shelving areas and moving them through the processing workflow. • Use screen-based instructions to scan, label, and verify equipment accurately before release. • Place completed units onto designated carts so they are ready for driver collection and outbound handling. • Remain productive in a fixed workstation environment while completing repetitive tasks with steady attention to detail. • Support daily shipping and warehouse activities by maintaining organized materials, labels, and completed orders. • Follow established handling, packaging, and documentation procedures to ensure items are processed correctly. • Contribute to shift coverage needs across assigned schedules, including Sunday through Wednesday or Wednesday through Saturday availability. • Help maintain a safe and orderly warehouse environment by following site procedures and equipment-handling guidelines.• Proven reliability with strong attendance and a consistent approach to scheduled work. • Ability to stand for extended periods, including shifts lasting up to 8 hours. • Comfortable performing repetitive, task-oriented work while maintaining focus and accuracy. • Basic ability to follow simple computer or screen-based prompts for scanning and labeling tasks. • Willingness to learn established warehouse processes and adhere closely to instructions. • Ability to handle lightweight items and complete processing tasks in a stationary work area. • Prior exposure to warehouse, shipping, receiving, packaging, or logistics operations is preferred. • Availability to work approximately 20 hours per week with some scheduling flexibility.
