Your Core Outcomes

• Move materials efficiently and safely using heavy forklifts.
• Ensure trucks are loaded/unloaded correctly with accurate counts for shipping/receiving.
• Keep equipment in top condition through routine inspections and timely reporting.
• Drive a safety-first culture by following and modeling all procedures.
• Collaborate to remove bottlenecks and improve warehouse flow.
• Maintain clear, accurate records of inventory and equipment activity.
• Contribute to training new operators on safe, efficient methods.
• Flex across departments and learn new processes as operations evolve.
• Execute metal finishing work: painting, grinding, deburring, phosphating, and cold rolling; support surface finishing such as shot peen, cold roll, and phosphating.
• Upskill into overhead crane operation and other machinery.
• Keep the warehouse, shop, and yard clean and organized; move tools on/off racks.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Working knowledge of warehouse safety standards.
• Strength and stamina to handle heavy, physical tasks.
• Team-minded communicator with dependable attendance and work ethic.
• Curiosity to learn and technical aptitude.
• Forklift license; overhead crane training available.
• Hands-on ability to load/unload trucks.
• Experience with painting, grinding, and general shop cleanup.
• Comfort with surface finishing processes (shot peen, cold roll, phosphating).
• Willingness to take on other duties as assigned.
