In this role, you’ll orchestrate the movement of parts through receiving, stocking, picking, and shipping, all while keeping our ERP data spotless and our warehouse humming.
Your impact
- Receive inbound goods following FORCE America best practice.
- Prepare outbound shipments that meet our carrier expectations.
- Operate forklifts safely and productively.
- Pick orders accurately across the facility; use a ladder when needed.
- Push carts with picked items and shipments across the warehouse.
- Replenish and organize inventory; improve shelving utilization.
- Execute daily cycle counts with inventory count sheets.
- Enter and reconcile transactions in the ERP to ensure system accuracy.
- Partner with external providers and internal teams to remove roadblocks.
- Keep work areas clean and organized; assist with other duties as assigned.
What you’ll need to succeed
- High School Diploma or GED and 1+ year of work experience.
- Clear comprehension of written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to work solo and collaborate within a team.
- Urgency and prioritization skills that align with customer expectations.
- Meticulous, quality-focused mindset.
- Comfort using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and web apps.

Where you’ll work
- Indoor warehouse environment with protection from weather but possible temperature variation; some work near open bays without weather control; frequent movement across the facility.

- Lift up to 70 lbs. occasionally (~5/day), 50 lbs. frequently (~50/day), and 25 lbs. regularly, depending on assignment.
- Lift from floor level to above shoulder; move items between areas and floors.
- Demonstrated hand-eye coordination.
- Stand or sit for periods up to 4 hours.
- Push warehouse carts during picking and shipping prep.
- Climb and work safely on ladders to store or retrieve goods.
- Reach in multiple directions while using tools and handling materials.
