WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

A successful candidate will oversee all aspects of our warehouse operations and logistics workflows. • Maintain accurate inventory counts within our Warehouse Management System (WMS) through regular cycle counts, audits, and adjustments.
  • Ensure product is handled, staged, and packaged to meet installation quality standards.
  • Maintain sufficient stock of packaging supplies for any day-to-day or project-based needs.
  • Keep the warehouse area free of dust and packing debris; ensuring clean working quarters at all times.

  • Maintain shipping & receiving records and documentation in line with Company policies.
  • Manage relationships with shipping carriers (e.g., LTL, parcel, freight providers) to ensure cost-effective, reliable, and on-time delivery.
  • Monitor performance of carriers, resolve shipping/delivery issues, request quotes and negotiate rates or service levels as needed.
Systems, Financial Oversight & Process Improvement:
  • Make financially responsible decisions related to shipping, carriers, and warehouse consumables—evaluating costs, verifying accuracy of invoices, and ensuring value for spend.
  • Update and document common processes and procedures including, but not limited to: manual tasks, data entry within the WMS, and usage of the scanners.
  • Ensure that all items have been properly marked for billing purposes in WMS and are prepared for Operations to invoice.
  • Track and report on KPIs such as shipment accuracy, inventory reconciliation, and turnaround times.
