    Description

Could you orchestrate people, product, and process—every shift, every time?

If you’re the kind of leader who can switch from coaching a new hire to reconciling a cycle count variance to smoothing an outbound crunch, this role is for you.

    Location: Carrolton, Texas

    Job Type: Full-time | Salaried | Exempt

    Picture this

Inbound trucks arrive. You’ve already aligned receiving and inventory control, prepped put-away paths, and confirmed pick waves. A scanner alert flags a discrepancy—within minutes you’ve traced it to a labeling error, corrected it, and kept the line moving. Later, you roll out a quick safety refresher and close the day with clear metrics and kudos for top performers.

    Role responsibilities

    • Supervise warehouse associates: create schedules, lead training, and manage performance to standards.
    • Run receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping with accuracy and efficiency.

    • Enforce safety procedures and regulatory compliance; model safe behaviors.
    • Coordinate daily priorities with logistics, shipping, and receiving to optimize flow.
    • Address operational issues quickly and escalate when appropriate.
    • Track equipment and facility conditions; initiate maintenance and repairs.
    • Compile and deliver reports on warehouse operations, inventory status, and team performance.
    • Promote a supportive, productive workplace built on trust and accountability.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
    • Experience in warehouse operations; supervisory experience preferred.
    • Strong leadership and people-management abilities.
    • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
    • Knowledge of WMS platforms and inventory control techniques.
