Warehouse Lumper

The Warehouse Lumper plays a critical role in maintaining the flow of operations within a large warehouse environment. This position involves loading and unloading goods efficiently while ensuring safety compliance and proper material handling. Lumper team members work closely within a large team, utilizing equipment such as conveyor belts and pallet jacks to support inventory management and packaging tasks.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload goods accurately and efficiently
• Sort and organize inventory for easy access
• Handle packaging and prepare materials for shipment
• Operate conveyor belts and pallet jacks safely
• Maintain safety compliance and warehouse cleanliness
• Collaborate effectively with a large team (16+ members)
• Perform routine floor maintenance tasks

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in warehouse operations
• Proficient in material handling and forklift operation
• Strong physical stamina and time management skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Basic math skills for inventory tasks
• Knowledge of safety procedures and compliance standards
• Able to lift 50+ lbs
• Bilingual a plus
