Job Summary
We are seeking dependable Warehouse Lumpers for a part-time role supporting shipping and receiving operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This position is hands-on and physically active, focused on loading and unloading freight and keeping operations moving smoothly. The schedule is flexible and works best for someone able to adjust availability based on workload.
Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight from trailers by hand
- Break down pallets and sort product by destination or order
- Stack, wrap, and organize freight as needed
- Handle materials carefully to prevent damage
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow site safety rules and warehouse procedures
- Work as part of a team to meet daily volume needs
Schedule
- Part-time, flexible/on-call position
- Typically works 3–4 days per week, Monday through Thursday
- Days worked may vary week to week; no set day off
- Schedule is based on volume and operational needs
Qualifications
- Prior warehouse or lumper experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks
- Comfortable standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Ability to be flexible with scheduling
