Location: Maple Lake, MN

Pay Rate: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Schedules Available:

• 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 3:45 PM - 1:45 AM

We're looking for dependable, safety-focused individuals who are ready to grow their skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Forklift experience is not required, but candidates must be willing to learn forklift operation if needed. Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
• At least 6 months of machine operating, manufacturing, production, or related experience preferred.
• Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred.
• Manufacturing or rotational molding experience is a plus.
• Ability to read and understand work instructions, operating procedures, and manuals.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable attendance is required.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Job Duties

• Operate production equipment, power tools, and plant machinery.
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Assist with assembly and production activities.
• Troubleshoot equipment and production issues as needed.
• Move and handle materials throughout the facility.
• Maintain communication with team members and supervisors.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Assist in multiple departments as business needs require.
• Follow all safety, quality, and attendance standards.
• Support warehouse and plant operations as assigned.
