About the Role
Eureka Ergonomic is looking for a reliable, hands-on Warehouse Maintenance, Assembly & Installation Specialist to join our warehouse and operations team.
This is a hands-on position based at our Corona, CA facility with required off-site travel of at least 30%. Travel may include conferences, trade shows, off-site installations, company events, showroom projects, customer or partner locations, and other business-related projects.
This is not a remote or hybrid position. Regular onsite work at the Corona facility is required, in addition to the required off-site travel.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building, assembling, installing, repairing, modifying, traveling to projects, and solving practical problems.
We are open to candidates with experience in carpentry, construction, furniture installation, maintenance, facilities, handyman work, product assembly, warehouse operations, or similar hands-on fields.
You do not need to have held a specific job title. We are looking for someone who can safely use tools, understand how things are put together, follow instructions, identify problems, and complete hands-on projects with attention to quality and detail.
A key part of this position is learning Eureka Ergonomic's products. The successful candidate must be willing and able to learn our products, understand how they are assembled and used, and develop enough product knowledge to properly assemble, disassemble, adjust, test, install, and support them.
Travel Requirement
Minimum Travel Requirement: 30%
The employee must be willing and able to travel at least 30% of the time as required by business needs.
Travel may include:
- Trade shows and industry conferences.
- Off-site product installations.
- Company events and demonstrations.
- Showroom setup and teardown.
- Customer or partner locations.
- Off-site product testing or photography.
- Furniture and display installations.
- Warehouse or facility projects at other locations.
- Internal company projects and events.
- Other approved business-related assignments.
Travel may involve local, regional, and occasional longer-distance travel, depending on business needs.
The employee must be comfortable traveling with products, tools, equipment, displays, and materials and assisting with setup, installation, teardown, and transportation-related activities as assigned.
Ability and willingness to travel is an essential requirement of this position.
What You'll Do
Product Assembly & Product Knowledge
- Learn Eureka Ergonomic products, components, features, and assembly processes.
- Assemble and disassemble ergonomic office furniture and other company products.
- Understand how products are constructed and how components work together.
- Prepare products for inventory, testing, demonstrations, photography, returns, repairs, and internal projects.
- Inspect completed assemblies for proper fit, function, stability, and appearance.
- Identify missing components, damaged parts, assembly issues, or product concerns and report them to management.
- Make approved product adjustments or modifications.
- Develop working knowledge of company products so you can recognize common assembly, installation, and product issues.
Carpentry & Building
- Perform basic to intermediate carpentry and woodworking projects.
- Build, modify, repair, and maintain workstations, tables, shelving, storage areas, displays, and fixtures.
- Measure, cut, drill, fasten, sand, assemble, and install materials.
- Help create practical storage and workspace solutions.
- Safely operate appropriate hand and power tools.
Installation & Setup
- Install approved shelving, fixtures, displays, signage, workstations, furniture, and warehouse equipment.
- Support warehouse, showroom, event, conference, and product-display setups.
- Travel to off-site locations to assist with installations, events, demonstrations, and projects.
- Level, secure, adjust, and position equipment and fixtures.
- Support warehouse reorganizations, internal moves, and facility improvement projects.
- Follow installation instructions, drawings, and project specifications.
- Assist with setup and teardown before and after events and conferences.
Warehouse Maintenance & Repairs
- Perform routine maintenance and handyman tasks within your training and authorization.
- Repair or replace basic hardware, brackets, hinges, handles, fasteners, shelving components, and similar items.
- Identify facility and equipment problems and communicate repair needs to management.
- Maintain warehouse fixtures, tools, equipment, and work areas in good working condition.
- Assist with general facility improvement projects.
Warehouse & Operations Support
- Help improve warehouse layout, organization, storage, and efficiency.
- Move, stage, assemble, and organize products and materials as needed.
- Support receiving, inventory, shipping, operations, product, and showroom teams with physical projects.
- Prepare areas for events, demonstrations, photoshoots, product testing, conferences, and company activities.
- Help maintain clean, organized, and functional work areas.

- Hands-on experience in assembly, maintenance, construction, installation, carpentry, warehouse operations, or a similar field.
- Willingness and ability to learn Eureka Ergonomic products and product assembly standards.

- Ability to learn and safely use applicable power tools.

- Ability to read basic diagrams or assembly instructions.
- Experience with office furniture, ergonomic products, or similar products.
- Experience using a variety of hand and power tools.
- Previous experience traveling for installations, trade shows, conferences, or field projects.
Physical Requirements — Important
This is a physically active, hands-on position. Candidates should carefully review the physical requirements before applying.
The essential functions of this position may require the ability to:
- Stand and walk for extended periods.
- Bend, kneel, squat, reach, twist, and work in different physical positions.
- Frequently use hands and arms for assembly, installation, maintenance, and tool work.
- Lift, carry, push, pull, move, and position products, furniture, tools, materials, fixtures, displays, and equipment in accordance with established safety procedures.
- Safely maneuver products and materials throughout warehouse, event, showroom, conference, and work areas.
- Perform repetitive assembly, installation, maintenance, setup, and teardown tasks.
- Work around shelving, warehouse equipment, furniture, packaging materials, tools, displays, and equipment.
- Work in warehouse, facility, event, conference, showroom, and other work environments where temperature and conditions may vary.
- Safely perform assigned work using required PPE and safety procedures.
- Travel to and work at off-site locations as required by the position.

Onsite & Off-Site Work Requirement
This position requires both regular onsite work at Eureka Ergonomic's Corona facility and off-site business travel.

Compensation
The expected hourly range for this position is $20.00–$35.00 per hour.
Compensation within the range will depend on demonstrated experience, technical skills, qualifications, product knowledge, independence, and level of responsibility.
Entry / Developing — $20–$24/hour
- Basic warehouse, assembly, maintenance, or tool experience.
- Able to learn Eureka products and complete routine assignments with training.
Skilled — $24–$29/hour
- Strong assembly, installation, maintenance, handyman, or warehouse experience.
- Able to complete routine projects with increasing independence.
Experienced — $29–$33/hour
- Strong carpentry, construction, furniture installation, or related experience.
- Able to independently complete more complex assignments and troubleshoot routine problems.
Advanced / Lead — $33–$35/hour
- Advanced hands-on, installation, carpentry, or technical skills.
- Able to take ownership of projects and potentially train or support other employees.
Final compensation will be determined based on experience, demonstrated skills, qualifications, and assigned level of responsibility.
