Warehouse Maintenance Technician

A warehouse only moves as fast as the equipment inside it. When the conveyors run, the dock doors open, and the forklifts are ready to go, that is maintenance doing it right.

We are looking for a dependable Warehouse Maintenance Technician to keep our equipment, machinery, and facility running safely and smoothly every day.

The Role

As a Warehouse Maintenance Technician, you will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair the equipment, machinery, and facility systems that keep daily operations moving. You will handle the preventive checks that stop problems early and the repairs that get things running again when something breaks.

This is a hands on role for someone who likes figuring out what is wrong and fixing it right.

What You Will Do

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on warehouse equipment and machinery
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
• Inspect equipment and flag potential maintenance or safety concerns
• Handle preventive maintenance and regular equipment checks
• Maintain and repair conveyor systems, dock equipment, doors, lighting, and other warehouse systems
• Help maintain forklifts and material handling equipment as needed
• Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and maintenance requests
• Keep the maintenance area clean, safe, and organized
• Follow every OSHA, company, and warehouse safety procedure
• Keep maintenance records and document completed repairs
• Work with outside vendors and contractors when specialized repairs are needed
• Communicate equipment issues and repair needs to management
• Pitch in on other maintenance duties as assigned

What It Takes

• Warehouse, industrial, or maintenance experience is preferred
• Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
• Ability to troubleshoot and pinpoint equipment problems
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance
• Strong problem solving and communication skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Ready for a fast paced warehouse environment
• Reliable and safety conscious every shift
• Able to lift, bend, stand, and work on equipment as needed

Schedule & Pay

This is a full time role running Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Most days run on a steady rhythm. When equipment goes down, you will be the one who helps get it back up.

Pay ranges from $45,000 to $52,000 per year.

Work Environment

You will be on your feet in an active warehouse, working around conveyors, dock equipment, forklifts, and moving traffic. You should be comfortable lifting, bending, standing, and working hands on with equipment as part of normal maintenance work.
