Warehouse Management Systems Specialist

At Danone, Manufacturing the best products and supplying them to meet demand is a key driver for our plant teams. We are currently looking to hire a Warehouse Management Systems Specialist based in Fort Worth, TX!

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• You will verify raw materials available prior to production schedule, code dates, material substitutions, schedule changes to meet demands
• You will validate pallets produced per production run & raw material usages/losses
• You will perform physical counts of raw materials for inventory control
• You will compare inventories & research discrepancies between WMS & SAP
• You will reconcile & compile daily/weekly bottle usages with Graham Packaging
• You will assist operators with all WMS issues; schedule changes to meet demands, current tasks, demands, relocations, etc.
• You will research consumer complaints, use raw materials, time frames, downtimes, etc.
• You will reconcile Production's pallets produced vs. Distribution's pallets received.
• You will use Teco (confirm production orders completed/closed) & final verification of high losses for accounting purposes.
• Your work schedules could include nights, weekends and/or holidays to provide the ability to support a 24/7 manufacturing environment as business needs dictate.

Daily Production Losses:

• You will track raw material usage & losses

• You will verify finished good losses

• You will identify & report possible reasons for high losses

• You will document daily milk inventory consumed per production batch & filler to identify end-of-day milk scraping losses.

• Report on Various Plant Results:

• You will use New Cute Model/Spreadsheet for Daily Line/Plant OE Results

• You will be able to write 24hr. reporting & results of line PE/OE/Technical Efficiency

• You will enter downtime per Reports

• You will enter Start/Stop times per WMS/SAP production day reports

• You will enter Lbs. produced per UPC/filler specific

• Downtime Tracking

• You will count downtime minutes per filler/end packaging for each shift

• You will verify information is identified correctly

• You will enter all downtime into Access database

• You will enter training hours of operators

• Miscellaneous Duties

• You will work on various investigations/problem solving, data collecting & work assignments for Production & Distribution Managers & Supervisors

• You will maintain shift vacation schedule per employee & team

• You will work projects ranging from Korber WMS / SAP implementation and upgrades to working with Master data on new materials
