Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive leader to establish and manage all warehouse operations within a dynamic prototyping and low-rate production environment. This role involves building inventory tracking systems from scratch, ensuring efficient material flow, and leading a team to support rapid product development. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced setting and possess a strong ability to create structure and optimize processes in an evolving landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Spearhead inbound receiving, verifying shipments, and managing documentation.
  • Develop and implement inventory tracking for thousands of unique parts.
  • Organize warehouse layout for efficient material staging and retrieval.
  • Lead a team of material handlers and receiving specialists.
  • Establish warehouse workflows and operational standards.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Experience managing inventory in high-mix, low-volume settings.
  • Proven ability to build and improve warehouse processes.
  • Proficiency with inventory tracking tools such as spreadsheets or barcode systems.
Industry Experience:
  • Experience in R&D, prototype, aerospace, or defense manufacturing environments is a significant advantage for this role.
