Warehouse Manager - 3PL

A leading 3PL warehousing company is looking to hire an experienced and professional Warehouse Manager.
The 3PL Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations within a third-party logistics environment.
This role ensures efficient receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping for multiple client accounts while maintaining high standards for safety, accuracy, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
The Warehouse Manager leads warehouse staff, coordinates with clients and carriers, and drives continuous improvement across all warehouse processes.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and returns
• Manage multi-client 3PL operations while meeting SLAs, KPIs, and client-specific requirements
• Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and physical inventories
• Supervise, train, schedule, and lead warehouse supervisors and associates
• Coordinate with clients, carriers, and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain service levels
• Monitor productivity, labor utilization, and operational costs, implementing improvements as needed
• Maintain accurate data and reporting within the WMS
• Enforce safety standards, OSHA compliance, and warehouse cleanliness
• Support onboarding of new clients and implementation of new operational workflows

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of warehouse or distribution management experience, preferably in a 3PL environment
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and fulfillment processes
• Experience managing teams in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts with competing priorities
• Comfortable working on the warehouse floor for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds
