Warehouse Manager
Oso Communications Inc. is seeking a dependable, organized, and hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure our technicians and field teams have the materials and equipment they need to successfully complete their work.
Reliability is extremely important in this position. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their role, arrives on time and ready to work, communicates consistently, and can be counted on to keep warehouse operations running smoothly every day.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily warehouse operations
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse
- Receive, organize, track, and distribute materials, tools, and equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and records
- Prepare and issue materials and equipment to technicians and field crews
- Track returned tools, equipment, and unused materials
- Ensure necessary materials are available for scheduled jobs
- Communicate with supervisors and office staff regarding inventory, shortages, equipment needs, and material requests
- Assist with loading and unloading deliveries
- Verify incoming shipments for accuracy and report discrepancies
- Maintain accountability for company property, tools, and equipment
- Help identify inventory or operational issues before they impact field operations
- Complete additional warehouse and operational duties as needed

This is a key position within our daily operations. Our technicians, supervisors, and office team depend on the Warehouse Manager to be present, prepared, and consistent. Candidates should understand that regular attendance, punctuality, communication, and follow-through are essential requirements of this position.
