The role includes employee development, performance evaluations, hiring, disciplinary actions, and attendance monitoring.
Work schedule is Wednesday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM, every other Saturday. Located in Shepherdsville, KY.
The ideal candidate has leadership experience, customer service skills, analytical mindset, excellent communication, and operates well in fast-paced environments, preferably with high-tech distribution experience.
