Warehouse & Delivery Coordinator

Overview:
A growing company is seeking a highly organized Warehouse & Delivery Coordinator to manage the full lifecycle of orders—from initial request through final delivery. This role ensures materials are ordered, tracked, and delivered accurately and on time, while coordinating between internal teams, vendors, and clients.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee orders from creation through delivery and final confirmation
• Track all incoming/outgoing materials and maintain accurate records tied to POs
• Monitor inventory levels, perform counts, and flag discrepancies
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and clients to schedule and confirm deliveries
• Verify accuracy and condition of all shipments; resolve any issues promptly
• Ensure all orders are approved and aligned with financial and project requirements
• Work closely with finance to confirm payment status before releasing orders
• Support warehouse operations including receiving, loading/unloading, and organization
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment
• Provide updates, track progress, and escalate delays or issues as needed

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience in warehouse, logistics, or order coordination
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
• Experience with inventory/order tracking systems (Excel or similar)
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Team player with a proactive, problem-solving mindset

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable being on your feet and working in a warehouse setting
