The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient material flow, inventory accuracy, employee performance, and adherence to safety and quality standards. This role plays a critical part in supporting production schedules, maintaining warehouse organization, and driving operational excellence.
Job Description
Manage warehouse operations, including inventory control and order fulfillment.
Lead and train a bilingual team to achieve operational targets.
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and procedures.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to improve productivity.
Coordinate with other departments to streamline logistics and supply chain functions.
Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee stock management.
Resolve operational issues and ensure timely delivery of goods.
The Successful Applicant
5-10+ years of experience in warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or production operations.
Proven leadership experience managing warehouse teams, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehouse operations, and material flow processes.
Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) within a manufacturing or distribution environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments.
Strong planning, organizational, and time-management abilities.
Demonstrated ability to drive accountability, execute priorities, and achieve operational goals.
Experience with continuous improvement initiatives, Lean principles, or process optimization is preferred.
DOT HAZMAT and RCRA training/certification preferred.
Forklift certification and experience in a manufacturing environment are a plus.
What's on Offer
Competitive salary range: $85,000 - $105,000 per year.
