Warehouse Manager
Our manufacturing and distribution client in the Brattleboro, VT area is seeking to hire a Warehouse Manager for a direct-hire opportunity. This is an excellent leadership role for an experienced logistics professional who enjoys building strong teams, improving operations, and driving results. You'll have the opportunity to lead a critical function, partner with cross-functional teams, and make a meaningful impact on business performance.
Your qualifications for the Warehouse Manager position are:
- 5+ years of leadership experience in warehousing, logistics, distribution, manufacturing, or supply chain operations
- Proven success leading teams, developing employees, and improving operational performance
- Experience with inventory control, shipping, receiving, fulfillment, and warehouse operations
- Strong knowledge of ERP, warehouse management, or inventory management systems
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered
- Ability to analyze KPIs, implement process improvements, and drive accountability
- Experience in regulated manufacturing environments is a plus

For the Warehouse Manager, your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 20+ warehouse and logistics employees
- Oversee receiving, inventory management, warehousing, shipping, fulfillment, and material movement operations
- Ensure accurate inventory control and reliable material flow to support production requirements
- Monitor departmental performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Improve warehouse efficiency, organization, productivity, and service levels
- Partner with operations, planning, quality, and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution
- Promote and maintain a strong culture of safety, quality, compliance, and accountability
- Investigate operational issues and implement corrective actions to drive long-term improvements
