Warehouse Manager

A well-established, family-owned distribution company in Buford, GA is hiring a Warehouse Manager! This company supplies products to contractors, wholesalers, and facility managers across the industrial supply space, and is known for stability and a tight-knit team culture. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on leader to take ownership of a full warehouse operation.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Pay: $55,000 to $65,000 per year, based on experience
Placement Type: Direct Hire

What You'll Do

This role oversees all aspects of the warehouse, including:

• Manage inventory, receiving, storage, and shipping
• Oversee order fulfillment to ensure accuracy and timely delivery
• Supervise and coach warehouse team members, including performance management
• Organize workflows and set priorities to improve efficiency
• Operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment safely
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners on day to day operations

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent

• Minimum 3 years experience in warehouse or distribution management
• Proficiency with forklift operation and warehouse equipment
• Working knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse best practices
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including team supervision and coaching
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and warehouse software systems
• Experience in construction or industrial supply preferred
